The location in Cambridge was convenient, just a short distance from Hobart and the airport. the units were bright and the staff provided quick and attentive service.

The location in relation to the airport and to the hire car company that we chose to use. The ability of the staff to deliver the free transfers was awesome. A little more of a family or budget style menu would be appreciated. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
The menu was a little up market for a family and 12 year old daughter. Otherwise a great package. Cheers all.....

Staff were friendly and the hotel was situated close and convenient to the airport.
The scuttle bus driver who picked us up at the airport was not at all friendly or welcoming, neither greeting the clients waiting at the airport nor welcoming us and introducing himself. A huge black mark as far our international tourists are concerned, especially as he is basically your introduction to Tasmania!! He may feel ticked off and that the job is quite menial, but if he cant at least be welcoming, let someone else do the job who is more suited!!

Stayed here for one night, everything was good, I liked absolutely perfect location to the airport terminal. The king room was new-fashioned with comfortable beds, the bed was extremely comfy.
The staff were very busy, didn't expect that coming.

Reception staff friendly and very helpful with our flight enquiry during the Qantas grounding. Shuttle service to airport good. Restaurant efficiently run - food good. Location of hotel ideal for those not wishing to travel into Hobart. We stayed for two nights - on arrival & the night before departure on 31st October. (??may not have booked through you for the night before our morning departure)
Definitely require more roadside directional signage from airport to the hotel especially when arriving on a night flight in heavy rain!

The property was exceptionally comfortable and popular. the location was marvellous, right next to the airport for early morning flights, the town centre, and Queensland. the room was clean with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. the staff was courteous, offering quick check-in and allowed for a late check-out.

Convenient; lovely friendly staff; outstanding restaurant; manager who drives the airport bus.
Paying for bottled water in the rooms. A comparable place where we stayed in Canberra, no charge for in-room bottled water. Simple thing but something on which to remark. 3 bucks will not kill anyone, but, come-on guys. Also, could not book tourist "adventures" through the front desk as with many other accommodation venues.
